Is it simple? The
less navigation required to use your website, the better. Don’t make it
difficult for users to accomplish what they want to. Make sure it is
intuitive, and users can get where they need to go without putting too
much thought into it. Have your address, phone number, and hours of
business prominently displayed.
Is it updated regularly? Besides
helping with your ranking in search engines, updating your website
content regularly is a great way to ensure return visitors. Add new
products offered, employees joining your staff, awards won, etc.
Is it working properly? Take
the time to make sure all links work properly, taking the user where
they are supposed to. Test your site thoroughly for usability.
